The Fab Days with Mom and Dad Call Visiting.

Mom and Dad Call came on the fourth of July to visit for a couple of days. They surprised us by coming a day early. You would've thought it was Christmas Chase was so excited. We loved having them here. We were able to have alot of fun doing different things but more then anything just enjoyed spending time with them.

Our Fourth of July was a rather uneventful day due to the overabundance of rain. Luckily our good friend Cassie had a bunch of our friends over for some yummy treats and to hang out. This is Ady and Cooper enjoying some t.v. together...

This was too funny. Ady has a tendency to stick her tongue out when she goes to give you a kiss. So Coop decided he'd try too. She's too young... ha ha

We went to the mall before we went out to eat at the Outback with the Office. Ady loved going down this slide except instead of going on her bum she crawls...

Mom and Dad got in around 10:30 on the 4th. We were so happy to see them. After 14 hours of driving they were exhausted!

We went to the Indians game in Indianapolis. They got killed but we had fun!
Ady was loving grandpas ice cream cone...

Mom and Dad with Jeremy and Kate... Basking in the sun and enjoying the game.

We went to the Museum of Art and walked around the gardens. They are beautiful...

My hunk of burning love!

Ady loves to walk. But she loves holding two hands so she can go fast.

This tree was so neat. It didn't look real!
Mom was the one who found it.

We had breadsticks with this cheese sauce and Ady couldn't get enough of it. She was a mess...

Park City Vacation with the Davis Fam

A couple of weekends ago we were able to head to park city for a family vacation with the Davis Clan. We had such a great time... There was alot of relaxing, swimming, tennis, goofing off, and much much more. Our family doesn't get together very often so when we do we like to play and have alot of fun. We cherish every moment..

Grandma and Grandpa with the grandkids...
Our family keeps getting bigger and bigger!

Now isn't this the cutest group of little kids you've ever seen. Ady may look like the black sheep with all of her cousins, but she fits right in. They take good care of her.

There was a fun tram outside of our hotel that we didn't figure out was free until the last day we were there. So we took advantage of it and rode up and down the hill a couple times. It was fun...

Someday we hope to have a tub like this in our home. Ady loved it! Don't worry chase has his shorts on... ha ha..

Marni came up with some cute ideas for fathers day. So the kids colored ties for their daddies and made them rice krispy treats. It's a heart... They were supposed to decorate the rice krispies but Ady just wanted to eat them all..

On Sunday we went to the Visitors Center. It was great! I realize being out in Indy that we take it for granted that it is so close. It's beautiful and the spirit is so strong.

oops. Dashovue with this pic...

It was so cool the olympic skiiers come and practice their jumps here at Olympic Park. They go down the slides into the water. We got to see some people practice on the lower ones. Here are my cute little Shurtliff girls.
Maci with her goggles. She has personality plus and is so darn cute!

The newest edition to our family little Cooper. He's Brit's and Scott's first little boy and he couldn't be cuter.

2 GREAT Years. My My how the time flies by...

Chase and I celebrated our 2nd year anniversary on Tuesday. It's been such an amazing two years and it's crazy how quickly time goes by. We left our little Ady with Jeremy and Kate and headed to Cincinatti, OH. It was my first time ever leaving her for a night, but I think she had the time of her life. Kate and Jeremy took good care of her.... As for Chase and I, we had a blast. I felt like a kid again. As we were driving into the city we saw a billboard for a waterpark. It was a hot day and we were both feeling a little spontaneous so that was our new destination. It was by far the funnest water park we'd both been to. They had lots of slides and a wave pool. It was great. We both couldn't stop smiling at how fun it was. Then we headed back to our hotel to get ready and hit the city. We ate at a yummy sea food place along the river separating Ohio from Kentucky. It was absolutely beautiful and we loved every minute of it... Thanks Kate and Jeremy for watching Ady, we owe ya...
I couldn't get over how beautiful the drive was so I tried to take a couple pictures. Not as good as the real thing...
There were all sorts of bridges to cross. We loved them. That's Cincinatti in the background...

My cute hubby checking out the city. I love this picture!

The Place we ate at was pretty ritsy. The plates they served looked so nice I didn't dare eat it...

Ady has an obsession with the dishwasher. This is the one chore I really try to do while she's sleeping. Otherwise I've got my helper there and ready...

Going Swimming...

Take Me out to the ballgame...
Ady sitting on a pop bottle...

The cute Jeremy and Kate that look adoreable in every picture. They're so much fun...

Cassie and Ady. Ady absolutely adores Cassie and it's very rarely that's she's not at her feet trying to get her to hold her...

Daddy and Ady. They're so cute...

The sky is beautiful... The storm did hit. Luckily we were in the car and missed it. But our friends weren't so lucky and hid under a tree. I felt so bad...

The Indianapolis Zoo... SWEET...

Today we went to the Indianapolis Zoo. It was fabulous! Kate, Cassie and her two little boys (Cooper who is two and Carter who is two months), Amanda, & Ady and I all went on the adventure. We decided to go and half an hour later we were all on our way. It couldn't have been more perfect weather. It was in the eighties but overcast and a little windy so it felt great. The zoo had a sweet shark petting pool so we got to pet sharks, go to a Dolphin Show, see elephants, Lions, Monkeys, giraffes, all of the cute little animals. It was a great time.

Ady was loving Kate's glasses!!!

It did get pretty hot so when Amanda got her frozen ice she was nice enough to share it with Ady and she was loving it...

Cooper got a sweet Dolphin painting on his cheek. He did such a good job being still while they were painting. He's adoreable! He couldn't have been more proud of his dolphin.

Gotta love the huge blue jaw breakers. Kate has got me hooked, they're so yummy and the bubble gum in the middle is even better...

Gotta love the elephants...

Kate prepin Ady for the big day ahead of her...

The Dolphin Show!!!

Cassie and her cute little boys...

Ady was pretty amazed at the Dolphins, but after a couple minutes she just wanted to play with the diaper bag. The simplicity of a child...

Just having a good time. What a fun DAY!!!

It was so fun to go do something different. What a great day...
